The ‘Roots of Rogers’ 32’ Black Walnut Bar
Crafted from a historic Arkansas black walnut tree estimated to be over 160 years old, this custom bar top carries the story of downtown Rogers into a refined, functional centerpiece. Once standing near South 4th Street, this tree witnessed generations of local history before being carefully removed, milled, dried, and transformed into a lasting work of craftsmanship.
The rich walnut grain, natural character, and deep live-edge movement give the bar a sense of age, permanence, and authenticity that cannot be replicated. Designed for a high-end restaurant setting in the historic district of Rogers, the piece ties together the warmth of natural wood with the elevated atmosphere of the space, creating a bar that feels both timeless and deeply rooted in the community.
More than a surface, this project is a preserved piece of local history—refined, finished, and built to serve as a gathering place for years to come.
